On 3 April 1928 the engagement was announced of Ida Mosseri, daughter of the Veuve Esther J. D. Mosseri and Raoul Mazloum. I do not know for certain if the marriage took place but there are nine years to explain. Another announcement on 17 June 1937 announced the forthcoming marriage on 29 June of Ida Mosseri, daughter of Veuve Jacques David Mosseri and Menahem Setton son of Veuve N. Setton.

Note individuelle : My grandmother was married to Clement Bogdadly! That is amazing. Her name was Ines Mosseri. Her maiden name was Rasson. They lived in Cairo. My grandmother died in 1969. We are in Chatsworth, CA. I do not know anyone with the name of Margueritta. The family changed their name to Bentley I think in the late 1940's 1748

I have the entire tree on genesreunited.co.uk <http://genesreunited.co.uk/> and received an email from a Mr Cooke regarding Clement Bogdadly and the name change to Bentley. I have copied the email from him below. We did not think it was the same Clement Bogdadly as nothing added up. You will see what I am referring to after reading it.
Our great great grandfather came over from Poland to Leeds. In WW1 enlisted in the infantry as John Bentley and became a sergeant. Posted to India in 1916 and then wounded and then invalided to Bagdad. did not want to return and then faked amnesia- went to Cairo where he changed his name to Bogdadly. Married a turkish woman and had five children. Clement married an Italian woman from Tuscany they had Rosina ( 24.09.24). Angelina(our grandmother )died and Clement remarried a french woman from Avignon and had Elizabeth. Rosina's cousins were called Simone Hassine (she married a Moroccan Jew and they went to Tel Aviv as did Raymond who changed his name to Avissar Ben Tal married an Israeli and they had 2/3 children.there was also a cousin called Leon who also went to Israel and one called Teddy who worked for El Al in New York. Rosina was born in Heliopolis and attended the French Lycee. Simone worked in one of the large department stores in Cairo and that's about all I know except to add that we still have some photos of that era.
